Processing Time:

• Orders are prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days in UAE after payment is
  confirmed.

Shipping Costs:

• A flat delivery fee will be calculated at checkout.
• Free UAE delivery on all orders over AED 350.

We want you to love
every piece you order from Monciel. If something’s not quite right, you have 7
days from the date of delivery to request a return.

 Here’s how it works:

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags.

               •             Return
requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

               •             Sale
items and personalized pieces are non-refundable.

               •             Customers
are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or
