Processing Time:
- Orders are prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days in UAE after payment is
confirmed.
Shipping Costs:
- A flat delivery fee will be calculated at checkout.
- Free UAE delivery on all orders over AED 350.
We want you to love every piece you order from Monciel. If something’s not quite right, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Here’s how it works:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags.
- Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Sale items and personalized pieces are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Once approved, we’ll send you the return instructions. After we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
